Technologies

Hydroforming

A specific frame-manufacturing process, where the shape of the aluminium alloy tubes is developed by the injection of a high-pressure liquid. The result is a very light, but aesthetic and strong frame.

Comfort geometry

The optimised frame geometry provides comfort for the cyclist even during long distances and enables maintaining an ideal posture. During designing our bicycles, we take our pick from the most comfortable accessories available on the market (e.g.: comfort grips and saddle) to represent the highest possible level of ergonomy. 

Water-based painting process

This state-of-the-art, green technology allows manufacturing bicycles with perfect polishing in a large variety of colours. The durability of the polishing is further enhanced by the special powder coating applied on the frames at the end of the painting process. 

Integrated cable routing

The in-frame routing of the cables gives a simple, elegant, yet sporty appearance. Moreover, it protects the cables and Bowden cables against impacts from the outside, increasing the longevity of the system, thus preserving its precise operation.

Postmount 160, 180

This well-known disc brake mounting solution has long been dominating bicycle industry. The brake body is fixed to the frame and the fork directly with two screws, parallel to the line of the frame. No more adapters are necessary due to the design, the weight of the system will not increase and the connection between the brake and the frame is as stable as possible. This system enables the simple servicing and adjusting of the brakes. The number 160 / 180 indicates the diameter of the rotor in millimeters. 

360° Visibility

During the design process of our bikes, one of our top priorities is the safety of the cyclist. One of the most important elements of safe biking is excellent visibility, therefore, we apply the highest quality lamps and reflectors possible on our bicycles to achieve 360° visibility.

BAFANG MAX

The Max Drive System puts the rider in complete control. In spite of a generous power output and a maximum torque of more than 80 Nm, the motor operates in virtual silence. The modular motor design and integrated controller make disassembly easier and improve service responsiveness. The mid-drive motor constantly samples relevant information at a frequency of up to 80k Hz via a torque sensor and two highly sensitive speed sensors. The resulting data on crank torque, vehicle speed and pedal rotation speed is made available to the controller, ensuring precise control while achieving the highest possible efficiency.

BAFANG 450WH is a battery with harmonising range and performance, which is particularly suitable for urban and trekking e-bikes.
